Lavender Lodge is situated in the London Borough of Croydon at 109 The Glade, Shirley, CR0 7QP.

Lavender Lodge is a unique and spacious four-bedroom detached house with two receptions and two bathrooms with a ground floor WC, and a lovely kitchen with extended breakfast and dining area. It has a good-sized garden with a marvellous patio. The drive located at the front of the house has plenty of space for up to 2 vehicles.

This will be a mixed-gender Supported Living Accommodation for adults with learning difficulties offering the following support:

 

•    assessment 

•    ongoing support & care 

•    outcome based provision 

•    skills training 

•    practical assistance 

•    support with community activities

•    advice and support  

•    allocated key workers to help service users become more independent, develop and maintain social contacts and lead an active life.

 

Another key element of our ethos is the way relationships are built and nurtured with each individual Service User, their whole family, staff members, advocates and placing authorities. Involving all interested parties help to ensure that the highest standard of service is maintained.

As mentioned earlier - Lavender Lodge is situated on a quiet and well-maintained area of Shirley benefiting a good access from Elmers End side.
