Dedicated People, Delivering Exceptional Care

At Almond Care Providers, we believe the quality of our care begins with the quality of our people. Our experienced and compassionate team is united by a shared mission: to deliver person-centred support that promotes independence, dignity, and fulfilment for individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

We are proud to have a diverse and highly skilled workforce supporting both CQC-regulated adult services and Ofsted-registered children’s homes across South London.

Leadership Team

Bridgette leads the day-to-day operations across all Almond Care services, ensuring each home meets the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. She works closely with local authorities, staff, and families to maintain excellent outcomes for those we support.

Julie is the Registered Manager for both our adult supported living services (regulated by the Care Quality Commission) and our children’s services (registered with Ofsted). With extensive experience in social care and complex needs, Julie brings strong leadership and a compassionate, child- and person-centred approach to every service we deliver.

Support Staff

Our care and support teams are carefully selected, fully trained, and deeply committed to the wellbeing of our residents. Whether supporting daily routines, managing complex behaviours, or building life skills, our staff operate with kindness, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.
